Anil M. T. is a Chartered Accountant and UAE Ministry of Economy–licensed auditor with over 20 years of experience across auditing, finance, taxation and business consulting. He works closely with business owners, promoters and boards, combining financial expertise with a clear understanding of what actually drives performance on the ground.
His career spans both professional practice and corporate management. Within multinational companies in the UAE, he held hands-on roles across core management functions and helped pilot SOX compliance initiatives across the MENA region — building deep experience in corporate governance, internal controls, risk management and compliance in complex, multinational environments. His blend of practice and industry experience allows him to approach every challenge from both a financial and an operational angle.
He is a Partner at G A T & Associates, Chartered Accountants, an established firm in India, where he leads audit, advisory and business consulting engagements.
At ASCA Audit and Advisory, Anil heads the advisory practice, focused on strategic consultancy that improves cash flow, strengthens profitability and lifts overall business performance. His work covers working-capital optimisation, financial planning, business valuation, corporate restructuring and strategic decision-making. He is also well versed in UAE real estate regulation — including RERA and escrow requirements — advising clients on the financial and compliance aspects of real estate businesses and projects.
His approach looks beyond the financial statements: identifying opportunities to improve margins, unlock cash, tighten financial controls and build sustainable, long-term value.
